Please be aware there are no more DM500 set top boxes (but we continue to support them of course). Dream Multi Media GMBh stopped making them and the ones purchased in Thailand now, are of course totally clones but they seem to work well in most cases.

| - Got a problem with your system? You can use teamviewer, see below and we will look at it for you from remote and in most cases get it working for you within a few minutes. Call us on 02.714.3551 to schedule a time. Make sure you have downloaded and have teamviewer installed first before you call as we need your user ID and password, and also please check the IP address of your Dreambox so we can log in to it. As per our email to all our customers on the 16FEB10, DSTV will cease tranmissions at the end of MAY10 on the Intelsat 7/10 satellite.
If you have purchased a system from another supplier and require help with your system, then by all means please feel free to contact JSAT.tv as we are more than happy to support you and your DM system (within our coverage area). Simply email us the Call Out form or bring your set top box here for repair / reflashing / set up / rescan etc. For forum readers, ever wondered why you see no bad posts about these DM systems provided by JSAT.tv?
